2010 Annual General Meeting

Hi drummers,

Thank you to the small but enthusaistic group of drummers who ventured into Wild Dog Valley for a wonderful drumming day trip on Saturday. We did some excellent drumming in beautiful surroundings and ate some delicious peanut soup (thanks Chris!!).

Please, please, please can you all come along to rehearsal this week.
For the first 10 minutes we will be holding our Annual General Meeting and electing a new committee. Our normal rehearsal will start as soon as the meeting is finished. We will then go out for dinner after rehearsal.
Even if you can’t stay for rehearsal or dinner, please come along just for a few minutes for the meeting. We need to get 20 members attending the meeting for it to be a valid meeting for Clubs & Societies regulations.

So, if you want these constant emails about the AGM to stop, come along and make sure we get enough people there on Thursday!!
